The selected eSIM's destination/coverage, data allowance or unlimited-plan description, validity and any displayed technical conditions are shown on the plan and checkout pages before payment.

Total price and currency

The total order amount and transaction currency are shown in the checkout order summary. The server revalidates the current catalogue price before creating the payment attempt.

Payment method

Card payment is completed on the selected authorised payment/acquiring provider's hosted secure environment. SIMCALL.ME does not store the card number or CVV in its order database.

Delivery

The eSIM is a digital product and is delivered electronically after server-side payment confirmation and successful provisioning. No physical shipment is made.

Cancellation / refund

Conditions are described in the Returns and Cancellation Policy. Mandatory consumer rights and any legally applicable exception or limitation are applied according to the specific transaction.

Compatibility and coverage

The customer should confirm device eSIM compatibility and plan coverage before purchase. Mobile service quality and availability may vary according to local operator conditions and restrictions.
