Distance Sales Agreement

Parties and product

The seller is AYD Teknoloji ve Gıda Ltd. Şti.; the buyer is the customer completing the transaction. Plan coverage, data allowance, validity, total sale price and any applicable taxes should be shown before order confirmation.

Delivery

Digital eSIM and installation information is intended to be delivered after payment verification through the customer account and/or the registered electronic communication channel.

Pre-contract information

The essential characteristics of the plan, price, payment and performance information, and cancellation or refund conditions should be presented before order approval. The final agreement must be reviewed legally once the payment provider and operational flow are finalised.
