KVKK Privacy Notice

This notice describes the processing of personal data in connection with SIMCALL.ME under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

Data controller

The data controller is AYD Teknoloji ve Gıda Ltd. Şti. Contact and official registration details will be completed in the company information section before production.

Categories of personal data

Identity and billing information, contact information, customer account and transaction-security records, order and eSIM transaction information, payment status or reference information, customer-support correspondence and records required by law may be processed. SIMCALL is designed so that card numbers and CVV values are not stored in the SIMCALL database.

Purposes of processing

Personal data may be processed for account operation, formation and performance of contracts, creation and delivery of eSIM orders, billing, payment verification, customer support, information security, prevention of misuse, compliance with legal obligations and management of legal claims.

Legal grounds

Depending on the specific processing activity, data may be processed because it is necessary for the formation or performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, establishment, exercise or protection of a right, the legitimate interests of the data controller, or explicit consent where consent is legally required. This notice is not itself a consent form.

Transfers and transfers abroad

Only data required for the relevant purpose may be shared with service providers involved in payment, hosting and security, eSIM supply, billing and support. Where a transfer abroad is required, the current requirements and appropriate safeguards under Article 9 of the KVKK should be applied. Final recipient categories must be updated before production according to the actual data-flow map.

Collection and retention

Data may be collected electronically through the website, customer account, checkout, support channels and service-provider integrations. Retention periods are determined according to purpose, contractual requirements and applicable law; data should then be deleted, destroyed or anonymised as required.

Your rights

You may exercise the rights provided under Article 11 of the KVKK by applying to the data controller. Application channels are described on the KVKK Application page.
